I have not been on it that long. and I add the packet to my Keurig cup of coffee as it is brewing. The flavor of skinny coffee is good on its own and does help with appetite but I do part keto which diminishes appetite as well ingesting so much protein. I think it’s good if you travel or are somewhere where coffee is not readily available as it fits in my purse, you can find hot water almost anywhere, dissolves easily and I like it. Combined with keto or counting calories it can help your weight loss. No jitters or after taste for me.
