Easy Returns/Refunds

We happily offer a 90-day money-back guarantee! Send us back your unopened, open, or empty container or bag.

The 90 days start at the time of purchase, giving you plenty of time to try Skinny Coffee SuperBoost. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@shopskinnycoffee.com.

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Upon purchase, we’ll give you 24 hours to cancel or make changes to the items selected. After that, your order will have been processed and prepared for shipping, and no further modifications can be made. Please email info@shopskinnycoffee.com if you need to make changes within this window.

If you selected the wrong product or simply didn't like it, you can exchange it for another product. To request an exchange, please return the original item following the same procedure as a refund (return shipping costs apply).

Please note that if you choose an exchange, you will no longer be covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee for the original purchase. Once your exchange is processed, you cannot request a refund on the original order.

Important: Once you have completed an exchange, you cannot request another exchange for the same order.

 

Damaged/Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, unusable, or missing items, we'll be happy to provide you with a replacement. Please contact our support team to make a Damaged/Missing Item Claim. Email info@shopskinnycoffee.com.

 

Product Deemed Unacceptable

If you find a product unacceptable, there are two options:

  1. Contact Skinny Coffee SuperBoost to request a free replacement with a similar product, or
  2. Contact Skinny Coffee SuperBoost to return the unacceptable product for a full refund.

"My tracking information says delivered, but I didn’t receive it yet."

If we’ve confirmed with the shipping carrier that the item was delivered at a specific date, time, and location, we are not liable for missing items unless insured shipping was selected.

If our carrier cannot confirm delivery, please contact us, and we will arrange to send you a replacement.

If the package was delivered to the correct address entered by the buyer, and it was an error in the address provided, unfortunately, we are not responsible for that mistake. Be sure to double-check your shipping address during checkout.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s) in the condition stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once the credit is processed, it will generally reflect in your payment account within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, customers must contact our Customer Service team before returning or declining delivery of their order. Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned without prior communication will not qualify for an automatic refund. Our team is available to assist you with the correct process and ensure your refund is properly handled.

 

Shipping

Skinny Coffee SuperBoost provides Free Shipping; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final and non-refundable as they are offered at a discounted price.
