This product tastes good for a nighttime latte. It helps to relax you as well as put you to sleep. However, it doesn’t help you to loose any kind of weight. (At least not for me or my husband) 🤷🏻‍♀️ I will update the review after 1 month.

Absolutely loved it! It is so good. This is the perfect addition to my night routine. It tastes really good, dissolves really well, super easy to drink, and the best of all, there is no after taste at all. It’s been helping me to get a good night of sleep, have noticed a significant increase of my energy level in the morning since I’d start taking it. I highly recommended it! This is the perfect combination with their coffee.
